I seek a director-level operations role where I can lead teams, optimize telecom and solar operations, improve efficiency, and drive cost-effective, sustainable infrastructure projects.

I bring over 16 years of hands-on operations leadership across telecom and electrical sectors, having overseen large-scale infrastructure including 3,100 telecom towers and a 1.2 MW solar energy plant. I have led multidisciplinary teams, driven manufacturing of solar MMS and electrical panels, and ensured uninterrupted network services through proactive maintenance, NOC oversight, and vendor coordination.

I am recognized for implementing process improvements that cut costs and improved KPIs, managing complex projects from planning to commissioning, and leading teams of up to 200 people to meet SLAs.
