At Indus Towers Limited, I led infrastructure performance for Airtel, VI, RJIO and BSNL across a 17,000-site portfolio. From 2021 to 2025, I planned, monitored and executed ₹3,000 Mn in annual operational targets, achieving organizational KPI and customer commercial sign-off.

Earlier, at GTL Infrastructure Limited, I led Tamil Nadu operations across 4,200 telecom towers and achieved 125% of AOP targets for five consecutive years. Across my career, I’ve worked on infrastructure transformation, service delivery, commercial performance and resilience, including BCP/DR response during major crises.
