I'm looking to lead operations, customer success, and project delivery for technology or infrastructure businesses, using my experience in solar robotics, telecom, process improvement, vendor networks, and large-scale field execution.

I'm leading Projects and O&M for Sunpure Technology across India, managing 32 engineers and 3 regional managers while maintaining 99% robot availability and supporting repeat business.

Previously at Aegeus Technologies, I led Customer Success and Operations, commissioning approximately 3,500 cleaning robots in two years and building a 2 GW Cleaning as a Service portfolio. I also created customer-resolution processes, mobile application support, field-vendor networks, and regional spare-parts warehouses.

Across Mahindra Teqo, OYO, Tower Vision, ATC India, and Bharti Infratel, I've delivered solar, telecom infrastructure, hotel transformation, and operations projects through process improvement, CAPEX management, vendor coordination, and stakeholder management.
