I’m looking to lead end-to-end capacity and supply planning in a global manufacturing environment—driving measurable OTD/KPI performance, strengthening buyer–factory partnerships, and using data-driven planning while ensuring compliance and continuous operational improvement.

I’m a senior planning and supply chain professional with 15+ years of experience in global footwear manufacturing. I specialize in capacity planning, PO management, supply strategy, and on-time delivery execution, with a strong focus on operational excellence.

As a Business Unit Manager for Under Armour, I lead factory–brand partnerships as an FDP/FDMO partner and drive supply methods aligned with buyer requirements. I’ve sustained 100% On-Time Delivery (OTD) across assigned programs and contributed to factory recognition as #1 on Under Armour’s Delivery Scorecard among global vendors, while improving planning flexibility for fluctuating demand and volume spikes.
