What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own production planning and PO tracking, partner with global buyers and suppliers, and strengthen on-time delivery through clear reporting, export documentation coordination, and proactive issue resolution.

I’m a Merchandiser & Production Planning specialist with 7+ years of experience in garment and outdoor furniture manufacturing. I combine production planning with day-to-day PO tracking to keep materials ready and production aligned to shipment dates.

At HARBOUR OUTDOOR, I support buyers, suppliers, and R&D for seasonal updates, create and follow up purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies. I monitor production progress, prepare weekly PO and tracking reports, and coordinate export documents, bookings, and vendor shipment updates.

Previously at PT LUCKY TEXTILE SEMARANG (PPIC), I calculated and planned material requirements per buyer specifications, coordinated timely ordering with nominated suppliers, and ensured material arrival readiness for production. I also managed inventory levels, prepared availability reports, supported issue resolution during bulk production, and communicated testing and shipping requirements with buyers.

I started as a Junior Merchandiser, preparing pre-production and pre-shipment samples, coordinating trims cards and production guidelines, and tracking shipments for on-time delivery. My earlier internship in promotion & partnership strengthened my cross-cultural communication and research presentation skills—habits I bring into global supply chain coordination today.
