What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an administration, operations, HR, compliance, or project management role where I can lead teams, strengthen controls, manage resources, and support high-quality organizational delivery.

I've managed front desk operations at KinPlaza Arjaan by Rotana, progressing from Receptionist and Cashier to Front Desk Team Leader and Front Desk Manager while overseeing reservations, occupancy, cash records, and departmental resources.

At Pacific Petroleum DRC, I supported administration, translation, HR, recruitment onboarding, budget monitoring, policy development, permits, and insurance management. I also coached staff, conducted performance reviews, and maintained financial and corporate documentation.

Earlier, I launched and managed sales activity for the Johnnie Walker store at House of Walker Sheraton Hotel and promoted Johnnie Walker products with Uganda Breweries Limited. I work fluently in French, English, and Swahili, with intermediate Lingala.
