I seek a role in a dynamic nonprofit organization where I can leverage my skills to drive youth empowerment and social impact initiatives.

I am an aspiring NGO professional and entrepreneurial enthusiast with over seven years of experience in business development, project coordination, and social impact initiatives. As a Mandela Washington Fellow, I have honed my leadership, strategic planning, and community-building skills, which I leverage to advocate for youth employability and innovation. My passion lies in creating multicultural collaborations that drive meaningful change in the nonprofit sector.

In my current role as the Founder of Connekting People, I designed a startup that connects young professionals with career opportunities, enhancing job placement rates through strategic partnerships and mentorship programs. My previous experiences include working as a Business Developer at MBA Consulting, where I identify and acquire new clients while aligning company services with market demands. I have also managed operations for KOICA, facilitated training sessions on gender-based violence, and coordinated community events for entrepreneurs at Impact Hub Dakar.
