What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build practical, secure AI systems that solve real workflow problems, help non-technical teams work independently, and move from prototype to reliable production use.

At ALPHAPET Ventures, I've independently designed, developed, and operated 17 AI projects, with seven live in productive use by 10 to 30 colleagues. I turn departmental pain points into practical prototypes, validate them in real workflows, document them clearly, and hand over tools that don't depend on the original builder.

I've built multi-agent orchestration with approval gates and verification, an MCP server for GEO/AIO monitoring, a four-layer prompt-injection scanner, a persistent Slack AI agent, and AI-supported n8n and CRM workflows. I also run internal workshops and onboarding so non-technical colleagues can work confidently with AI.

Before focusing on internal AI enablement, I led e-commerce, CRM, online marketing, content, and digital projects. I built and scaled an online shop past EUR 100,000 in revenue within 12 months and grew a YouTube channel to 5,000 subscribers.
