I seek a hands-on maintenance/reliability role where I can lead preventive strategies, apply RCM/RCA, optimize spare-part management, and drive continuous improvement in a safety-focused, performance-driven team.

I am a results-driven Maintenance & Reliability Engineer with experience in edible oil refinery and packaging operations, focused on improving equipment availability and production efficiency.

I supervise maintenance teams, execute corrective and preventive programs, and apply RCM and RCA methodologies to eliminate recurring failures and reduce downtime.

I manage maintenance planning and spare-part control using SAP PM, lead CI and modification projects, and prepare technical reports that support reliability and cost-optimization decisions.

My innovations earned 1st and 2nd place in the Wilmar International Innovation Circle for solutions that reduced production loss and delivered significant NQI impact.
