I've led reliability, integrity, and artificial lift operations across Chevron and Pertamina Hulu Rokan, managing major oil, gas, geothermal, and environmental facility programs.
At Pertamina Hulu Rokan, I managed artificial lift services for 550+ oil wells, led ESP design through failure analysis, and supported zero-incident operations for more than 400 days. Previously at Chevron, I managed artificial lift contract services for 1,200+ wells, teams and business partners, and budgets of approximately US$30 million annually.
I build asset management systems and reliability improvement programs using CMMS, RCM, RBI, ODR, RCA, Lean Sigma, and performance monitoring. My work centers on improving equipment availability, well reliability, maintenance execution, operational excellence, and sustainable facility performance.
