In my current Building Management role in real estate, I manage property cash flow, maintenance fee and utility payments, and building development plans. I also design and implement SOPs across departments to support efficient, measurable workflows.
As Building Management Head Operational at PT Property Group Imperium, I coordinated Engineering, Security, and Housekeeping and oversaw preventive maintenance and building safety. I also managed vendor negotiations and technical coordination.
Earlier, at PT RMK Energy Tbk, I planned preventive maintenance for mining equipment and monitored equipment condition through Scheduled Oil Sampling analysis. At PT Paragon Technology and Innovation, I contributed to packaging development and testing; my chemical engineering background also includes process analysis at PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources & Technology and a publication on optimizing coco ethanolamide production.
