I’m a Manufacturing Engineer with experience leading large-scale manufacturing operations, with a focus on equipment reliability, production performance, maintenance systems, and utility management. I’m a CMRP-certified professional and an IAM Diploma holder, currently pursuing the Professional Engineer (Insinyur) qualification.

As Decorative Factory Section Head at PT. Paragon Technology and Innovation, I led end-to-end production assets and critical utilities (HVAC, compressed air, dust collection, and power distribution) to keep operations stable in high-volume cosmetics manufacturing. I developed a factory-level Asset Management System aligned with ISO 55001 principles to strengthen long-term reliability and operational performance.

I initiated a CMMS transformation through SAP S/4HANA Asset Management to standardize work order execution, spare-part governance, breakdown history tracking, and asset traceability. By implementing preventive and autonomous maintenance aligned with TPM pillars, I contributed to more than a 15% increase in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), while running reliability analysis and root cause investigations to reduce recurring failures.

I also lead interdisciplinary engineering teams across production, quality, HSE, and utilities—coordinating operational activities involving more than 300 personnel. I support environmental, occupational safety, and regulatory compliance as Person in Charge for Water Pollution Control (PPPA), Person in Charge for Air Pollution Control (PPPU), and Fire Safety Officer (Damkar Class C and D), and I’m passionate about combining maintenance excellence, utility reliability, and operational leadership to improve safety, sustainability, and performance.
