I'm leading daily production operations at PT. Tirta Fresindo Jaya (Mayora Group), overseeing output, quality, efficiency, machine performance, downtime, and OEE while coordinating with Quality Control, Engineering, Utility, Warehouse, and PPIC teams.
I've also designed and developed organic-waste shredders and gasifier systems from concept through fabrication, assembly, performance testing, and evaluation. As a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Universitas AKPRIND Indonesia, I use Autodesk Inventor, mechanical analysis, and manufacturing processes to turn engineering concepts into functional machines and continuously improve production environments.
