Provided remote and on-site technical support across the Asia-Pacific region for emissions control and heat/waste gas treatment systems, resolving mechanical and electrical issues. Coordinated with German HQ on machine design improvements and spare parts availability, and completed Germany training (Nov 25–Dec 11, 2024) for commissioning and service procedures.

Supervised 15 engineers across 3 shifts to ensure smooth operation of paper mill mechanical systems and maximize uptime through preventive and corrective maintenance. Reduced oil consumption from 4 drums/month to 1.5 drums/month by implementing in-line oil filters and flushing pipes, and managed spare parts and vendor services within approved budgets.

Produced detailed 3D mechanical designs in SolidWorks and converted concepts into technical drawings, specifications, and production-ready documentation. Designed an automated high-speed scanning system that detected defective banknotes automatically and limited returns to defective batches, reducing potential company loss.

Designed and developed injection molds for automotive lamps, supporting precision, quality, and on-time production. Executed two mold types within one project timeframe (normally achievable for only one), performed root cause analysis for defects, and implemented corrective solutions in collaboration with Japanese engineers.

Managed new export customers (Scania and Volvo) from prototype to sample delivery for testing and prepared production documentation. Conducted engineering calculations for strength, lifespan, and material selection, and guided trial production while coordinating improvements with design, production, and quality teams.
