I'm looking for a high-ownership environment where I can lead client implementations end to end, turn complex processes into automated workflows, align technical and business stakeholders, and make customer success the deliverable.

I led product for an acquired AI Portfolio Intelligence Platform, defining the business rules and trigger logic that turned market-data changes into actionable user alerts. I also managed third-party data integrations and translated ambiguous requirements into structured workflows for R&D and business teams.

At BetterBuy, I owned onboarding and go-live delivery for 25+ client organizations at a time across retail, e-commerce, logistics, and financial services. I turned client pain points into automated rule-based workflows, delivered end-user training, and redesigned execution roadmaps to increase operational velocity by 30%.
