At Israel's Ministry of Education, I analyze and specify financial management systems and vendor interfaces, leading work from requirements through production deployment. I investigate production data with SQL, identify cross-system gaps, and define solutions with DBAs, QA teams, and external vendors.

I've also specified a new web system for managing youth delegations to Poland, covering business processes, user profiles, screens, data models, and ERDs.

Previously, I delivered analysis for the Ministry of Agriculture's Ya'ala web system and supported the Ministry of Justice's Keshet system for the Real Estate Appraisal Division. My work spans business, functional, and technical specifications, integrations, UAT, production issue resolution, and software testing.

I bring experience in test leadership, mobile warehouse workflows, web and embedded systems, data conversions, and financial operations. I focus on turning business needs into practical solutions, creating traceability from requirements to testing, and improving processes through data analysis and AI tools.
