I’m a motivated and adaptable professional with strong problem-solving skills and a real passion for continuous learning. I work confidently both independently and in team environments, bringing excellent communication and organization to every task.

I’ve built a customer-focused foundation through hands-on hospitality experience. As a barista, I maintained coffee-making machines, managed supplier relations, and trained a junior barista while serving specialty coffee with consistent quality. I also completed bakery training work that strengthened my skills in preparing bakery items, operating baking equipment, cake decoration, food hygiene, and customer service.

In my business development work, I focus on turning information into action. I handle market research and analysis, strategic communication, relationship building, negotiation and persuasion, and CRM & data management. I also support lead generation, sales activities, and project management while working with a daily workflow that keeps me accountable and organized.

I’m also advancing my technical foundation through my Bachelor in Information Technology studies, with an emphasis on security, analytical thinking, and adaptability. My project work includes a robotics exhibition competition where I invested effort into IoT, 3D painting, machine learning, and robotics, and I strengthened my public speaking, negotiation, and critical thinking through MUN-style research and position papers. I’m proud of recognition I received for sustained, responsible class representation and I bring the same reliability to new roles.
