At Lexis Nexis USA, I developed an LLM-powered dashboard discovery tool on Databricks Serving Endpoints, enabling natural-language search for enterprise dashboards and reporting assets. I analyzed user session data to identify friction and dissatisfaction, supporting product and experience improvements.
