I’m looking to lead end-to-end BI and analytics programs—scaling data products, modern reporting standards, and AI-assisted workflows—while driving delivery operations, stakeholder alignment, and team growth in a fast, execution-focused environment.

I’m an Analytics & BI leader with 12+ years delivering enterprise data architecture, business intelligence, and analytics solutions across Hospitality, Life Sciences, Telecom, and Retail. I combine data engineering, data science, reporting, visualization, and advanced analytics to turn engagements into long-term partnerships.

In my current role, I lead end-to-end BI delivery for a Fortune 500 global hospitality client, converting a 4-member pilot into a $3.6M, 3-year enterprise engagement and scaling the team to 22. I architected a reusable, standardized Snowflake backend (“data products”) as a single source of truth, rolled out an enterprise-wide Tableau reporting standard across 140+ reports, and optimized backend logic to improve load performance and reduce workbook size.

I also automate delivery-wide work using AI agents with Microsoft Copilot and Claude, supporting Tableau documentation, stakeholder requirement intake, and real-time project-health reporting. As PMO and People Lead, I run delivery operations, chargeability/resource utilization planning, and professional development—earning Accenture ACE Awards for delivery excellence.
