My journey began at Outlier and Alinger, where I developed and refined AI systems in both Hindi and English, ensuring accuracy and contextual understanding.

Prior to my role in AI, I honed my customer service and technical support skills at Star Communication, where I was promoted for my outstanding performance. My ability to manage operations and deliver training has equipped me with a unique perspective on the intersection of technology and communication.
