I’m an operations and commercial professional with ~2 years of experience owning complex, multi-stakeholder workflows across procurement, logistics, sales pipeline management, and institutional coordination at NAFED India—one of the country’s largest agri-commodity bodies. I’m known for building processes from scratch, maintaining performance dashboards, and turning operational data into clear, decision-ready insights.

At NAFED India, I managed end-to-end operational workflows across 8+ state agencies and institutional programs, keeping real-time visibility across procurement-to-delivery pipelines. I designed and owned MIS dashboards and sales pipeline trackers in Excel, producing weekly and fortnightly performance reports that directly supported budget allocation and campaign prioritisation.

I also led structured cross-functional coordination across 20+ internal and field stakeholders, including compliance and logistics teams, and owned action-item tracking and deadline management. I standardised reporting and order execution workflows to reduce manual dependency, while creating stakeholder-ready briefing documents that translated complex supply-chain data for government counterparts and senior management.

Before that, I built my foundation through rotations as a Management Trainee (procurement, logistics, and program management) and then strengthened my research and commercial strategy skills with TechnoServe and Nuziveedu Seeds. I thrive in fast-moving, high-ownership environments where analytical rigour, clear written communication, and AI-assisted workflows help drive practical outcomes.
