I’m running daily cash operations at Julirose Hotel and Suites, reconciling balances, preparing daily financial reports, and monitoring transactions for discrepancies. I also handle customer payment issues and escalations while keeping everything aligned with internal cash management policies.

Before that, I worked as a Customer Service Representative at Lantern Café, where I investigated escalated issues, supervised a team of six, and monitored service trends to improve daily operations. I stayed on top of accurate customer records and operational documentation.

Earlier, as a Front Desk Officer at AOS Orwell Nigeria Ltd, I coordinated front desk operations, resolved customer complaints, and implemented scheduling improvements to improve efficiency. I also supported administrative compliance by maintaining records and assisting with day-to-day office and event coordination.
