What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a people-focused role where I can support students or customers, coordinate meaningful programs and operations, communicate clearly, and grow through collaborative work.

I've supported students, campus leaders, and admissions operations as Director of First Impressions at Rockford Career College, where I checked in students, scheduled Registered Medical Assistant exams, processed tuition payments, and assisted the President and Academic Dean.

At Ball State University, I coordinated Acting Department deadlines and student information as an Action Option Coordinator’s Assistant, while also serving as an Academic Peer Mentor in Housing and Residence Life. I created educational programs, coordinated semester field trips, connected residents with campus resources, and built relationships that improved their dorm experience.

With more than five years of customer service experience and a BFA in Acting, I bring active listening, collaboration, leadership, and clear communication to every interaction.
