What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead portfolios, PMOs, and infrastructure delivery teams where I can improve governance, predictability, financial performance, and alignment with business priorities.

At DSM-Firmenich, I lead portfolio delivery and advise the IS Infrastructure PMO, aligning roadmaps, Capex and Opex budgets, governance, and project delivery with business objectives. I established and led a 25-person portfolio delivery team managing projects worth 13 MCHF.

I've delivered more than 40 multiplatform business projects, restructured governance and reporting to improve visibility and predictability while reducing costs by 50%, and helped strengthen PMO decision-making around project priorities.

Earlier, I managed projects at EY Argentina, Philip Morris, Brocade, IBM, Microsoft, Exxon Mobil, and EDS, including data-centre migration, disaster recovery, storage-area-network migration, change control, and large information-systems integration. I enjoy building practical delivery frameworks, motivating teams, and creating value-added stakeholder relationships.
