What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build secure, practical products or bring order to complex global IT environments through service ownership, portfolio governance, automation, audit-ready controls, and clear operating models.

I build and release commercial software products independently, owning product definition, architecture, security review, and go-to-market. My current products ship across iOS, watchOS, Android, Wear OS, and macOS through a signed, notarised GitHub Actions release pipeline.

At Infineum, I built the enterprise digital portfolio governance function from scratch and governed a USD 10–15M annual portfolio across 5 to 10 concurrent initiatives. I also defined the Control Tower operating model, standardised demand management, and integrated ISO 27001 and TISAX controls into delivery governance.

Earlier, I led global services for 2,500 users, 20+ business-critical applications, and distributed teams across multiple regions. I bring structure to growing environments through ITIL service management, access lifecycle governance, audit-ready controls, automation, clear documentation, and practical knowledge transfer.
