I'm looking to lead IT portfolio or delivery initiatives where I can strengthen governance, manage complex stakeholder and vendor environments, improve delivery practices, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

At Emergn, I lead delivery and Product Owner work for a large-scale Business Data Warehouse programme while managing client-account delivery. I standardise governance, dashboards, RAID reporting, steering committees, vendor management, and financial performance across concurrent IT initiatives.
