I’m looking for a payroll leadership role where I can own multi-state processing, ensure compliance, and keep improving accuracy and workflows. I want a team that values attention to detail and supports continuous learning and adaptation.

I’m a payroll professional and team leader with an extensive background across hospitality, travel, and outdoor interests, focused on accurate, timely payroll operations. I’m extremely organized, with acute attention to detail and a drive to succeed.

In my current role, I handle employee changes, new hires, terminations, and payroll-related inquiries, supporting biweekly and weekly schedules for 7,000+ employees. I also support system transitions, including a successful software implementation from ADP into Dayforce.

Previously, I served as a Senior Payroll Team Lead, managing a team of two to ensure accurate payroll processing and weekly/quarterly tax payments. I reconciled and submitted 401k funding and ACH transmissions, and followed SOX audit guidelines while using tools like Vista Viewpoint, NOVAtime, B2W, and Excel.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a Payroll Accountant/Clerk processing payroll for 1,200+ and later 3,000+ employees across multiple states, including reporting state contracted certified payroll data and managing garnishments and child support orders. I’m also comfortable collaborating with cross-functional partners, using strong communication, and improving processes through critical thinking, teamwork, and consistent time management.
