What I'm looking for
I’m a highly organized and results-driven Payroll Lead and Administrative Professional with a proven record of managing payroll operations, office administration, and cross-departmental coordination. I collaborate with senior leadership—including Directors of Operations, Vice Presidents, and Owner/Operators—to drive accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
In my current role, I oversee the payroll department and ensure accurate, timely bi-weekly processing for all employees (up to 6,000) across multiple states. I supervise payroll workflows, review records for compliance, resolve complex payroll discrepancies, and developed payroll and office procedures that streamlined workflows and improved accuracy.
Previously, I served as Interim Office Manager, supporting daily office operations and leadership during two payroll system transitions while maintaining full payroll responsibilities. Earlier experience includes Front Desk Coordinator work managing scheduling, patient intake, and medical record documentation for two clinics, plus sales and store operations experience as a Sales Key Holder—strengthening my customer service focus and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
