What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote role supporting international clients through client coordination, administrative operations, CRM and data management, content support, and clear written communication in an async-first environment.

At Trobos Group, I manage administrative and communication workflows for 10–20 active client accounts each month, coordinating advertising, events, and social media campaigns from planning through delivery.

I maintain client and partnership records, follow up consistently, and support annual advertising revenue of IDR 1.2–1.5 billion. I also develop business proposals and partnership decks, create Canva layouts, and write press releases, articles, and promotional copy.

My experience spans media, banking, real estate, business development, and event operations. As co-founder of Indoagribiz, I managed scheduling, vendors, B2B correspondence, e-magazine workflows, and event documentation.

With 13+ years in client relationship management, editorial work, and administrative coordination, I work independently in remote, async-first environments with accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery.
