I’m a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience supporting entrepreneurs and small business owners remotely. I help clients stay organized and focused on priorities by delivering smooth daily operations and high-quality results.

In my freelance role (2024–Present), I manage lead generation, outreach, and follow-up campaigns to produce qualified prospects consistently. I also conduct research and prepare reports that support client strategies and decision-making.

Beyond outreach, I handle scheduling and appointment coordination, maintain organized calendars, and manage email and communication channels. I provide administrative and social media support, along with content support, to strengthen online presence and client efficiency.

Before that, I gained hands-on professional experience as a Human Resource Intern at Nestlé Indonesia (2021–2022). I led the Disability Awareness Day 2021 kickoff event with over 300 participants, developed resignation/early-retirement documentation, and created an HR e-handbook for interns.
