I am a dedicated Systems Engineer with hands-on experience in infrastructure monitoring and technical support within global corporate environments. My academic background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Centro América, where I graduated with honors and a GPA of 3.8. I have developed a solid foundation in Linux, ServiceNow, and networking fundamentals, which I have applied in my role as an Infrastructure & Support Intern at CITI Costa Rica.

During my internship, I successfully monitored infrastructure alerts, documented incidents, and performed root cause analysis to support long-term solutions. I achieved a 99% task effectiveness rate based on internal KPIs, showcasing my ability to follow SOPs and collaborate effectively with international teams. I am passionate about contributing to high operational availability and am eager to grow within IT infrastructure and automation support roles.
