At Ziqsy Partners, I set up the Hybrid Consulting Centre of Excellence and built its target operating model from greenfield. I established the practice’s AI and business transformation approach and win and own client work end to end.

At Legal & General Investment Management, I owned the Phoenix cost and charges methodology and led disclosures and operating model change across 800+ funds, 65+ source systems and 13 jurisdictions, with zero missed regulatory deadlines. I was also accountable for regulated cost and charges data products and helped automate 73% of manual effort, reducing annual costs from £7m to £1m.

Across banking, asset management and consulting, I have worked on regulatory remediation, data products, financial modelling and business growth. I have also designed multi-agent AI systems and machine learning frameworks, and I’m writing The Hybrid Advantage about combining human expertise and AI in consulting delivery.
