On Nagarro’s Agent Assisted Flight Booking project, I contributed to defining an agentic workflow and contracts for two AI agents, supporting 78% journey completion. Earlier, at Boston Consulting Group, I managed digital products and MVP requirements; at Cvent, I co-built Cvent CONNECT and Cvent CONNECT Europe 2019.
