I'm looking to lead digital product transformation in banking, financial services, or insurance, owning compliant customer journeys across onboarding, identity, lending, payments, and digital channels while partnering with cross-functional teams.

I've led digital transformation across Nagarro, ICICI Bank, Capgemini, and TCS, turning complex banking, insurance, regulatory, and operational requirements into scalable customer products.

At Nagarro, I transformed a life-insurance onboarding platform by consolidating seven legacy applications into one digital platform spanning onboarding, need analysis, KYC, document management, eSign, payments, PIVC, compliance, and Customer Hub. I work closely with product, operations, compliance, engineering, delivery, risk, UX, and architecture teams to deliver audit-sensitive journeys.

For corporate banking, I owned digital channels covering fixed deposits, trade finance, statutory payments, and dashboards. My fixed-deposit journey generated ₹300+ Cr in deposits in its first year, while statutory payment capabilities generated approximately ₹2 Cr in monthly fee revenue.

I've also delivered retail and MSME payment capabilities, SaaS loan origination journeys for US banks, insurance web experiences using AEM, and digital strategy for 15 ICICI Bank web properties. I bring hands-on product ownership across backlogs, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, Agile delivery, KYC, digital identity, lending, payments, and customer onboarding.
