I defined its product strategy and conversational AI inventory search, helping dealership sales teams find vehicles using natural language.
I also designed agentic AI workflows for customer onboarding, trade-in evaluations, recommendations, quotations, and sales orders. I work with engineering, business, and UX teams on multi-agent orchestration, human-in-the-loop validation, and governance.
At Indus Net Technologies Pvt. Ltd., I owned product work across healthcare, pharmaceutical, and supply-chain platforms. I reshaped diagnostic workflows and contributed to a vehicle-allocation platform that improved logistics visibility across pharmaceutical depots.
