I’m a Sales Support Lead focused on strategy and operations for national Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) backend infrastructure and fiber-optic fulfillment. I’ve driven $10M+ in annual revenue by engineering processes, scaling high-performance teams, and tightening churn reduction through data-driven retention strategy.
In my current role, I direct end-to-end backend processing for the national D2C division, ensuring 100% data integrity and regulatory compliance for high-value fiber-optic contracts while partnering with the President on scaling workflows. I manage a 35+ person team as an operational SME, resolve cross-functional discrepancies, and coordinate stakeholder partnerships to streamline field-to-office communication.
