What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead payments product and technology across EFT switching, reconciliation/settlement, and dispute management—owning strategy and delivery with SLA discipline, strong client engagement, and security/compliance focus. I’m open to remote roles or relocation (Middle East/GCC).

I’m a senior payments technology and product leader with 15+ years in banking, currently Product Head for the EFT Switch and Reconciliation & Settlement / Dispute Management suites. I own product strategy, roadmap, client requirements, development, implementation, and support across the full electronic payments value chain.

Hands-on, I lead ISO 8583 message flows and transaction processing for ATM, POS, and Mobile Banking—integrating payment switch stacks with Core Banking Systems (CBS). I manage end-to-end network processing for NPCI rails (UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, AEPS, BBPS) and major international card networks (Visa, Mastercard, China UnionPay, American Express), including tallying with network settlement files and core banking.

I build and optimize reconciliation and dispute capabilities—covering Nostro/Vostro reconciliation, Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS), clearing/settlement, and merchant management systems. I’ve led onsite implementations and delivered security/compliance outcomes (PA-DSS and PCI S3), while driving performance improvements—processing 50 million transactions daily within 22 minutes—through structured delivery, SLA discipline, root-cause analysis, and team mentoring.
