Managed end-to-end Scrum delivery for a 10–12 member squad shipping retail banking modules (KYC, bill pay, ACH/Wire, OAuth2, real-time notifications) on a Java/React/Oracle stack. Reduced mid-sprint scope changes by enforcing DOR/DOD and coordinated change requests to eliminate recurring banking-integration blockers.

Owned product discovery and delivery facilitation for a single feature (social interaction page) at an early-stage food commerce platform and transitioned into Scrum Master as the engineering team scaled. Delivered social interaction features with 88% acceptance rate by establishing Scrum ceremonies and SAFe-style ART sync.

Served as Scrum Master for two Agile teams (14 members combined) delivering multilingual video playback, DRM, subscriptions, and content discovery for the ETV Win OTT app. Led a Waterfall-to-Scrum transformation by establishing 2-week sprint cycles, backlog grooming, and Planning Poker, improving sprint commitment accuracy via Definition of Ready/Done.

Introduced Agile-inspired daily check-ins and Kanban-style visual tracking for 15+ concurrent creative projects, improving deadline adherence. Managed cross-project delivery using continuous visual workflow monitoring to keep timelines on track.
