In my recent role as a Scrum Master at Prudential, I facilitated Scrum ceremonies—Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives—while partnering with the Product Owner to shape user stories and keep priorities aligned to business requirements. I worked closely with development teams to clarify stories, support implementation, and strengthen understanding through live demonstrations and additional training for both teams and end-users.

As an Sr. Agile Coach/Scrum Master at FIS Global Pvt. Ltd., I coached multiple teams by ensuring ceremonies add value, promoting continuous improvement, and encouraging best practices. I helped teams resolve conflicts, remove impediments, support pre-PI activities (including refining and finalizing the backlog and identifying risks), and strengthened collaboration, innovation, and communication through structured facilitation.

Earlier, I served as a Scrum Master/Project Manager at Genpact, where I migrated client on-premises applications to AWS cloud and oversaw day-to-day operations for a 40-member team. I orchestrated scrum ceremonies, maintained JIRA storyboards, tracked iterations and demos, and produced weekly progress reports—while establishing governance models and applying Agile-Scrum methodologies to improve delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
