I’m an IT Project Manager and Agile delivery lead with 7+ years of experience guiding end-to-end SDLC projects across Mobile (Android/iOS), Web, SaaS, FinTech, and Government Technology.

In my current role, I manage a portfolio of 3+ concurrent SDLC projects, owning full lifecycle delivery from initiation to closure. I build execution plans, manage budgets and risk registers, lead cross-functional Backend/Frontend/QA teams, and report progress through bi-weekly status updates and dashboards.
