What I'm looking for

I seek a senior role where I can lead Agile delivery for enterprise Telecom/FinTech, drive release readiness, mentor teams, and work in a collaborative, process-driven culture focused on measurable outcomes.

I am a Project Manager and Scrum Master with 10+ years managing enterprise-scale Telecom and FinTech programs, delivering projects on time, within scope and budget while coordinating cross-functional teams and third-party vendors. I have led Agile transformations using SAFe and Scrum, facilitated PI Planning and Agile ceremonies, and managed release lifecycle, CI/CD coordination, UAT and production deployments.

I partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts and technical leads to refine requirements and ensure team alignment, track progress and risks using JIRA and Confluence, and produce executive reporting with tools like Looker Studio and SharePoint. My certifications include SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master and ITIL® Foundation, and I hold an MBA in Technology Management.
