What I'm looking for

I am looking for a challenging role in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, Network Administration, or Microsoft 365 where I can use my experience to manage and support IT environments effectively. I am particularly interested in remote or hybrid opportunities with international organizations, where I can contribute my technical skills while continuing to learn and grow professionally.

I've managed end-to-end IT infrastructure for MeenaBazaar across its head office and PAN India retail locations, maintaining Windows Servers, macOS systems, desktops, network devices, and secure LAN/WAN connectivity.

In my current freelance Senior System Administrator role, I oversee servers, endpoints, directory services, centralized access, enterprise networking, firewall policies, secure remote access, backups, and system health checks. I also support hybrid infrastructure transitions and work with Azure, AWS, and virtualized environments.

My hands-on work includes Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, FTP, file servers, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, VMware, Hyper-V, SonicWall, Sophos, Fortinet UTM, routers, switches, and wireless systems.

I've built my career resolving critical hardware, software, security, and connectivity issues while supporting users, vendors, IT assets, software licenses, and operational compliance. I focus on reliable systems, strong endpoint protection, data recovery readiness, and reducing downtime.
