I manage Windows Server Administration and Active Directory issues (replication, Group Policy, DNS, authentication, and DHCP-related problems) while troubleshooting complex server, network, and virtualization incidents. I also run virtualization and cloud environments across Hyper-V, VMware vCenter/ESXi/vSphere, and Microsoft Azure, using Infrastructure Monitoring tools (LogicMonitor, PRTG, Kaseya, VeloCloud) to reduce false positives and improve monitoring efficiency.
