I’m an immediate joiner System Administrator with 15+ years of experience in enterprise-level IT infrastructure and system administration with technical support. I work as a SPOC for branch operations, focusing on quick, reliable installation, configuration, and troubleshooting to keep users productive.
For 9+ years, I’ve supported voice/email/chat Service Desk processes, handling incident/change tickets and escalating complex issues. I administer and troubleshoot Windows (including Windows 7/10), MS Outlook, Active Directory user management, VPN accounts, and remote support workflows to resolve network and security problems fast.
I also bring leadership experience as an Asso. Director for E-Com & MFG projects (2016–2020), plus 5 years as a freelancer/IT infrastructure consultant (2021–2025).
