What I'm looking for
I’m an IT Support Analyst with hands-on experience keeping hotel and casino technology running smoothly, from point-of-sale terminals and printers to log-in credentials, software installs/updates, and backup of financial records. I focus on reliability, fast troubleshooting, and clear communication so teams can execute without friction.
Beyond the help-desk, I’ve worked as a Tower Hand/Tower Technician and a Line Locator, supporting construction and site operations by maintaining and tearing down telecommunication infrastructure and accurately locating underground utilities. Safety, risk management, and working efficiently in demanding conditions are core to how I deliver results.
My background also includes disciplined leadership and instruction as a Sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps, where I supported problem solving, planning, and multitasking while presenting to large groups. I bring that same structure to technical work—staying calm under pressure, collaborating with others, and learning new systems quickly.
