What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can lead operations and teams, improve processes, drive sales growth, and expand into international markets while promoting sustainability and continuous improvement.

I am an operations professional with hands-on experience managing multi-outlet retail and production environments, from bakeries to specialty coffee and a cycling goods startup. I lead teams, optimize workflows, and maintain high standards of quality control.

I co-founded a cycling goods business where I managed purchasing, inventory, marketing, exports, and achieved international exposure, including a feature at Bespoked.cc. I have led production from sourcing through final product while overseeing budgeting and cost control.

In multi-outlet retail roles I supervised daily operations across several locations, implemented SOPs, scheduled and trained staff, reduced waste through inventory and supply-chain oversight, and drove sales via promotions and KPI monitoring. I also planned and executed events, developed SOPs, and coordinated logistics for large competitions.

I contribute to community education through training local farmers and leading quality-control research projects; I hold K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) certification and seek roles that value operational excellence, sustainability, and international market development.
