I’m a results-driven Operations and Marketing Professional with over 5 years of experience across marketing, financial services, and healthcare. I focus on improving operational efficiency, enhancing customer experience, and driving productivity through strategic planning and process improvement.

In banking, I’ve supervised daily sales, operations, and inventory and led teams to strengthen business performance and profitability. I monitor staff for compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements, enforce control checks and SOP adherence to reduce transaction errors, and handle customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency. I also ensure strict KYC and AML compliance, prepare daily transaction reports, reconcile balances, and support audits, risk management, and operational reviews.

Alongside my banking work, I’ve built strong customer-facing and leadership capabilities as a Junior Marketing Manager, including cross-selling bank products, maintaining accurate cash drawer documentation, and mentoring over 15 new tellers. I also deliver patient support as a Health Assistant and guide undergraduate research writing in medical biochemistry through my work as a Private Researcher.
