At Dreamport — Trevolution Group, I handle customer travel enquiries and support international travel requests. I research flight options based on customers’ dates, destinations, preferences, and budgets.

I prepare and explain itineraries, pricing, booking conditions, and payment information. I also coordinate bookings and follow up with customers throughout the booking process.

I resolve customer questions within established procedures, maintain accurate booking information, and manage time-sensitive requests. When an issue needs additional support, I collaborate with internal teams.

I support customers from different backgrounds and international markets through telephone, email, and digital platforms. I work remotely and am available for full-time remote work and flexible scheduling, including weekends, subject to business requirements.
