At Accompany Health, I guide patients through healthcare systems and treatment plans, coordinating transportation, insurance, and community resources to reduce barriers to care.

Previously at University Hospitals, I managed patient intake, registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and EHR documentation in high-volume settings. I also trained new employees on patient management systems, scheduling procedures, and front desk operations while supporting stronger patient flow and satisfaction.

Across more than eight years in healthcare, I’ve supported physicians and patients through clinical care, vaccinations, laboratory procedures, care coordination, and HIPAA-compliant documentation.
