I serve as a primary contact for patients, providers, home health agencies, hospice organizations, and ancillary healthcare partners. I maintain HIPAA-compliant medical records, review insurance and clinical documentation, and support billing operations through claim follow-up and reimbursement issue resolution.

Previously, at Health Partners, I managed high-volume scheduling and verified insurance and patient information in Epic. At Ashfield Healthcare and Greg Ott Physical Therapy, I supported patient-focused communication, documentation, scheduling, treatment-plan implementation, and clinic workflow.
